surprisingly learning all 18 members (nct were 18 members when i got into them) was quite easy for me but when i would try to remember all the members at once my mind would go blank but know i know all my 21 boys !!
I came into the fandom around mid January 2019, WayV just debuted, so I remember this really vividly that I spent a whole week or two sitting in my Chemistry classes just writing down their names next to their birth dates. I ended up doing okay in class anyway 😂
it took me two to three weeks bcs i was not planning to stan them at first. jaehyun brought me there and i was like "no pressure 'cause i will not stan them bcs they are to many." i literally spent weeks focusing in jaehyun only until smth happened and hyuck snatched me away (and i love it)
honestly same!! i was suprised when i heard that nct ahd 18 members (i joined in 2018) and i thought that it would be impossible o learn their names but it came so naturally!!
I was surprised at how fast I learned their names. For me, I watched one meme video and decided it wouldn't work for me, as they quickly cut to different scenes and didn't mention their names.
My solution? Weekly Idol!! I love weekly idol so much! It's a great show, there's a lot of episodes with different idols but for you guys I'll recommend watching just the NCT episodes! Especially for new NCTzens, it's really useful because they do self introductions, focus on each member and their face very well, and at the same time makes us laugh!
With the power of Weekly Idol and a few quizzes on my side, I got them down in less than a day! If you haven't watched their Weekly Idol episodes, watch them, I promise you won't regret it. I'll link some of them below :)

I didn't include all of the Weekly Idol videos, and just one episode per group is enough to get the NCT Dream/127 members down. Sadly there's no WayV Weekly Idol so I watched WayV crack vids :D
My favorite weekly idol episode so far in NCT is the We Go Up Ep. 371(it was my first NCT one😊), and NCT 2018 Ep.347, because we got 18 of them in that studio😂

It took me about 2 weeks to learn the names of each and every member. I used to get confused like A LOT but watching meme videos helped me. For me doyoung-jaehyun and yuta-taeil were twins haha even though they dont look same at all! but still....
That's happening a lot to my friend. Weirdly, that never happened to me. I think it's all the quizzes that I did. There was one that I liked a lot and was rly useful..
I initially thought it would take me weeks but after watching two or three crack edit videos I suddenly memorize them all hahahahah now that's a life hack ^^
