they rented (???) a satellite that'd orbit the earth for 90 minutes and the 2 minutes are in seoul flashing a msg for 2 minutes in morse code for his bday project!
(the reason why its a morse code is because it became popular in korea bcs of the movie parasite and that people who would see it could decode it)
