Lately, thanks to this site I've been catching up on all the NCT content I have missed in the past years. I first heard of some of the NCT members in 2015 when they were under the title SR15B. I looked at the SMRookies site and anticipated their debut. However, the entire Neotechnology concept that SM introduced seemed like a lot to take in and was very intimidating with the whole swapping out members or whatnot. So, I questioned if I would try to follow them. When NCTU debuted with "The 7th Sense", I was amazed. To this day, it remains one of my favorite songs EVER. I also winded up keeping up with the debuts of NCT127 and NCTDream, as well as some comebacks afterward. Looking back, I wish I would have stanned them since then. Sometime in 2017 or 2018, I became more of a casual listener/fan, so I was not super up to date with their music or activities. I got more into them almost a year or so ago. Unfortunately, it was after their con cert in my state. ☹️ It was actually probably thanks to JCC and their American interviews that I decided to go back and look more into them. During NCT127's comeback with "Kick It", I decided to try to keep up with as much of their content as I possibly could. Anyway, fast-forward to March and onward, I have been a total mess mentally for personal reasons I'd rather not get into, but NCT/WAYV have given me distraction from my thoughts which has been helpful. These past months they have all given me the most joy. I don't want to be dramatic, but it's hard to explain how much they mean to me/what they have done for me by just being themselves without sounding dramatic to some people's ears. 😅 Essentially, they have given me a reason to smile everyday with their music, updates, and content. I'll stop here, but I do want to express how grateful I am for these amazing human beings who I feel deserve the absolute best. 💚 (I'm attaching a gif of one of the two people that caught my eyes during SMRookie days 😅 My current bias in NCTDream)
